- 6 frozen waffles toasted and cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 cups frozen chicken tenders cooked according to package directions and cut into bite-size pieces
- 4 eggs
- 1 ½ cups milk
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Maple syrup for drizzling (optional)
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
Layer the waffle pieces and cooked chicken bites evenly in the baking dish.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the waffles and chicken.
Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Bake for 30-35 minutes, until the casserole is set and the top is golden.
