Ingredients
- 2 oz Vodka
- 8 oz Ginger Beer
- 1 lime cut into wedges
- 2 oz pomegranate juice
- Crushed ice
- Pomegranate arils
Instructions
- Fill a mule mug half full of crushed ice.
- Pour over the vodka, ginger beer and pomegranate juice.
- Squeeze the juice from 1-2 lime wedges into the mug. Stir well.
- Add in pomegranate arils and serve with a lime wedge.
