Dr. Pepper Ice Cream

Equipment

  • Mixing bowl
  • Handheld mixer
  • 9 inch by 5 inch loaf pan

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups Heavy Cream
  • 14 ounce Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 cup Dr. Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add the heavy cream to your mixing bowl and beat with your handheld mixer, or stand mixer, for 3-4 minutes, or until you have firm peaks.
  • Add the rest of the ingredients to your bowl and beat again for at least 5-6 minutes, or until the mixture starts feeling a bit thicker, peaks may not form and that is alright.
  • Pour the mixture into your loaf pan and let set in the freezer for at least 7+ hours, or overnight.
  • Once frozen all the way through, thaw and enjoy!

Notes

Store in the freezer.
