Ingredients

  • 1 pack of Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 lbs of regular pork breakfast sausage rolls
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 oz box of fully cooked microwave bacon
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp cinnamon
  • Drizzle of maple syrup for topping

Instructions

  • Line a medium sized baking sheet with parchment paper. Take the Hawaiian rolls and slice them down the middle from the side. Place the entire bottom half on the baking sheet and set the top half to the side.
  • Make square sausage patties from the sausage rolls. About an inch thick and the size of one of the Hawaiian rolls. Cook on medium to high heat until brown and completely cooked through on both sides. Place the cooked sausage pattie’s on the bottom half of the Hawaiian rolls, in each square.
  • Add the 6 eggs to a bowl and stir. Drain some of the grease from the skillet and then add the eggs in and scramble them up. During this time microwave the bacon according to the package. Scoop the eggs up and place them on top of the sausage. Lay the cooked bacon on top of the eggs and place the top half of the buns on top.
  • In a small bowl add the milk, 3 egg yolks, heavy cream and cinnamon, stir and then brush on top of the buns. Place in the oven under the broiler for 3-5 minutes. Just until the tops of the buns get a golden brown color.
  • Slice the sliders out and drizzle with maple syrup! Serve and enjoy!
