No Bake Raspberry Cheesecake Parfaits
These Raspberry Cheesecake Parfaits are a dreamy dessert featuring layers of creamy cheesecake filling, and crunchy graham cracker crumbs. Served in individual cups, they’re perfect for parties, gatherings, or a sophisticated sweet treat.
Ingredients
rea, cheese, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, raspberries, whipped topping, graham crackers
Servings: 4-8 depending on what size glasses or cups you use
Prep time: 15 minutes
Down time: chill 1 hour, or until ready to serve
Measuring cups and spoons, large bowl, electric mixer, silicone spatula, small glasses or parfait cups, piping bag (optional)
- 8 oz cream cheese softened
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 pint raspberries divided
- 8 oz whipped topping divided
- 1 cup crushed graham crackers
Beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
Add 1 cup of raspberries, and beat until well blended.
Fold in 1 cup of whipped topping, until you have a solid color.
Crush your graham crackers if you haven’t already done so.
Add about 1 tablespoon of graham cracker crumbs to the bottom of your glass, then fill halfway with the cheesecake mixture. Repeat these steps.
Chill the parfaits for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
Once ready to serve, top with a dollop of whipping topping and a raspberry.
